How do I create an account?

You need to be a member of CrossFit Amplify with an active Wodify account. Open the app, enter your email address associated with your Wodify account, select your profile from the search results, and verify your email with the code we send you.

How do I reserve a class?

Reservations open the evening before. You can reserve by tapping "Reserve". Tap again to cancel.

Why isn't today's workout showing up?

When workouts are published in Wodify, they are immediately available in the app. If you don't see today's workout, it has not yet been posted.

How do I set my usual class time?

Go to Settings and look for "Usual Class Hours". Select your typical weekday and weekend class times and the app and widgets will work beter for you.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription, or open the iOS Settings app → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Amplify Members, and select "Cancel Subscription".

Can I get a refund for my subscription?

All subscription purchases are processed and managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Refund approval is at Apple's discretion.

The app isn't syncing to my Apple Watch. What should I do?

Make sure you're logged in on your iPhone and that your Watch app is installed. Try these steps: 1) Open the Watch app on your iPhone, 2) Scroll to Amplify WOD and ensure "Show App on Apple Watch" is enabled, 3) Force quit and reopen the Watch app, 4) If problems persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Watch app.

My widget isn't updating. How do I fix this?

Widgets update automatically throughout the day, but you can force a refresh: 1) Remove the widget from your home screen, 2) Force quit the Amplify WOD app, 3) Reopen the app, 4) Add the widget back to your home screen. Also ensure Background App Refresh is enabled for Amplify WOD in iOS Settings.

How do I change my accent color?

Go to Settings → Customize → Accent Color and select your preferred color. The change applies immediately across the app, widgets, and Watch app.

Does the app track my location?

No. Amplify WOD does not request or track your location. Weather information is based on the gym's address only.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Make sure you're using the email address associated with your Wodify account at CrossFit Amplify. Check your email for the verification code (it may be in spam). The code expires after 10 minutes, so request a new code if needed. If you continue to have issues, contact us below.
